("Ecumilflores"), based in Quito, Ecuador, respects and protects the right to privacy and the protection of personal data of all users who interact with its website and services. This Policy is issued in compliance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP). When applicable, it also considers Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for cross-border processing and the use of international providers.

This privacy policy applies to all personal data collected through the Galerías Tikuna website and other digital channels managed by Ecumilflores, headquartered in Quito, Ecuador.

Ecumilflores processes the following personal data according to the forms available on its website:

This data is voluntarily provided by the data subject through contact forms or ARCO rights requests.

Ecumilflores does not perform automated profiling nor use the data for purposes incompatible with those described here.

5. Storage and confidentiality

Personal data is stored on the servers and technology services used to operate the website, under appropriate security safeguards in accordance with the LOPDP.

In addition, a copy of requests may be sent to Ecumilflores' corporate email under internal confidentiality protocols.

Ecumilflores does not sell your data and does not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. To provide services, we may use processors with whom we have entered into or will enter into data protection agreements. In particular, for web analytics we use Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) as a processor, only if you have granted your consent.

International transfers: Using Google Analytics may involve transferring data to the United States and/or other countries where Google or its sub-processors operate. We adopt appropriate safeguards in accordance with the LOPDP, such as contractual clauses and technical and organizational measures. This processing is carried out only after you consent to analytics cookies.

6. How to exercise access and rectification rights

The data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion, objection, portability, suspension, and withdrawal of consent through:

We do not use any cookies by default. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are executed only if you grant your consent through the cookie banner.

  • Rejecting analytics cookies does not limit navigation or access to the content.
  • You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Cookie Settings" in the site footer or by deleting browser cookies/storage.
  • We record your choice on the device using a technical identifier in localStorage, without tracking purposes.
  • GA4 minimization parameters: we configured GA4 to (i) not use cookies if you do not accept them (Consent Mode), (ii) not record IP addresses, and (iii) limit retention to 14 months. We do not use GA4 for advertising or remarketing purposes.

Ecumilflores is committed to protecting your personal information, for which it uses HTTPS and technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP).

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance

Entering and using this website or any of its components and pages related to Galerías Tikuna implies express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use. Through this website or electronic channel, Ecumilflores offers a service to the user on the condition that the user reads the general terms each time they intend to use the electronic channels. The use of the offered services is subject to all notices, usage regulations, and instructions made known to the user by Ecumilflores.
